1Scope
This policy applies to this app and related services.

2Data We Collect

- Support communications, including device information, actions and de-identified error summaries you choose to attach; stored with the ticket and linked to your account

- Crashlytics error and diagnostics data (installation identifiers, crash stacks, app/system/device information, sanitized custom keys, and allowlisted Analytics operation breadcrumbs)
- To maintain cloud sync and diagnose persistent failures, we may process the association with the signed-in account, a randomly generated local installation identifier, platform, app version and build, sync status, the count and types of pending operations, sanitized error codes, and report time.
- This diagnostic data does not include transaction IDs, amounts, notes, transaction content, phone numbers, or original hardware device identifiers.
- It is used only to resolve sync failures, assess service reliability, and prevent repeated failures; regular app clients cannot read it directly. It is deleted with the account data when the account is deleted.

4Third-Party Services
Used for authentication, storage, analytics, and stability monitoring.
When phone sign-in is used, Firebase may process and store the phone number. It may also process device info, usage behavior, and error diagnostics. Remote Crashlytics collection is enabled; Analytics breadcrumbs retain only allowlisted feature names and low-cardinality context. AI Taxi Pro custom diagnostics do not send raw Firebase UIDs, names, phone numbers, email addresses, transaction amounts, notes, categories, payment methods, transaction or work-session content, subscription receipts or transaction IDs, authentication data, or database document contents.

AI voice bookkeeping sends your typed or transcribed text, income/expense categories, payment methods and dispatch platform names, identifiers and aliases, interface language and time zone to prepare transaction drafts. Raw recordings are not sent to Gemini. Names, phone numbers or addresses included in your text would also be sent; remove them first. AI monthly reports send individual transaction dates, amounts, types and categories for the selected month, plus current/previous period revenue, expenses, fees, work hours, distance, trips, payment mix, energy, goals, unsettled amounts, currency and language statistics to generate advice. Transaction notes and raw recordings are not sent. Custom category names may still contain personal data.
Data is sent only after you select “Agree and continue”. Consent is saved on this device for this account, feature and notice version. Withdraw it in Settings → AI data sharing consent. Cancelling leaves manual bookkeeping available. Google processes and retains inputs and outputs under the Gemini API terms. Unpaid services may use them for model improvement and human review. Do not enter passenger details, confidential or sensitive information. Withdrawal stops future transfers; it cannot recall data already sent. For deletion requests, contact taxipro1217@gmail.com.

On iOS, IDFA is available only after system ATT authorization. Without authorization, RevenueCat may still send subscription lifecycle, product, actual transaction amount and currency, and limited device-attribution data without IDFA through Meta CAPI to measure advertising performance.

General retention periods are adjusted based on service needs and legal requirements. Cloud sync health diagnostics are retained for 30 days after the last accepted report and then deleted by the system; they are also deleted with account data when the account is deleted. Firebase Crashlytics retains crash stack traces, extracted minidump data, and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems. Free for members. Enable to upload daily backups to your cloud storage supported on your device. Uses your cloud storage. Sign in to the same app and cloud accounts to restore on a new phone. Turning this off or deleting your app account leaves existing cloud copies in your personal storage. After local backup completes, upload the same data and update the daily cloud backup. Keep today and the previous 2 days; delete older copies from this device only after a new upload is verified. Keep other devices’ copies. Uploads require the app to run and a network connection; unfinished uploads retry later.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing where legally applicable.
7Advertising Performance Measurement and Tracking Settings
- We use Meta App Events to measure advertising performance and app feature usage.
- On iOS, the system tracking prompt asks for your choice. Without authorization, IDFA is not used, but subscription events may still be sent through RevenueCat CAPI with limited attribution data.
- Meta processes received data under its privacy policy and your platform privacy settings.

This service is not intended for children under 13.
